Based at Cody Dock in East London, health coaching takes place either by taking a walk along the river, pottering in the community garden or sitting watching the flames in the sheltered fire area if it's wet or cold. Health coaching in green spaces such as Cody Dock creates the opportunity to explore, or gently challenge self-perception of health and wellbeing, make the step towards feeling more in control and making decisions towards health-management and next steps. Whether you need to rebuild confidence, recover from bereavement or depression, any long-term condition or even terminal diagnosis, health coaching can help you back into the driving seat and support you to make tricky decisions.


Fees: There is a sliding scale for this to reflect people's incomes. JB Consulting can occasionally accommodate limited pro bono work in this area, depending on the circumstances. Please don't be afraid to ask!
